Tim Anderson grew up on a sheep/wheat farm at Corowa NSW before studying at Charles Sturt University, Wagga, obtaining a degree in Ag Science. Tim has spent the last 30 years working as an Agronomist servicing majority Dairy & Broadacre customers. He enjoys spending time with family, cricket, football and working with farmers.

Tony grew up on the family sheep beef farm at Creighton’s Creek south of Euroa. He attended Dookie Agricultural College and completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture. Tony commenced employment with Advanced Ag in January 2012, he enjoys farming, family life, motorbike riding, fishing, cricket and Football.

Luke Nagle studied soil science at the University of Melbourne, Parkville, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in 2001. He has worked as an agronomist servicing the dairy and broadacre industry for the past 25 years. He enjoys family life, golf, fishing and aviation.
AGRONOMIST
David grew up in Toolamba surrounded by dairy farms, which sparked an early interest in agriculture. He completed a Bachelor of Agricultural Science at La Trobe University in Melbourne, graduating in 2022. He joined Advanced Ag as a delivery driver before progressing into a the full time Junior Agronomy role in 2023, where he now continues to build knowledge and support local growers.
AGRONOMIST
Luke lives in Dookie and joined Advanced Ag in 2020 after completing a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from the Univeristy of Melbourne Dookie Campus. Luke looks after dryland and irrigation customers.
AGRONOMIST
Sam grew up in Finley before his family moved to Tongala to an irrigation farm in 2012. Sam completed a Bachelor of Agricultural Science in 2019 from Latrobe University. He previously worked as an agronomist in Finley before joining Advanced Ag in 2020. Sam specialises in pastures, maize and broadacre cropping.
Operations Manager
Paul joined advanced Ag in 2014, having had experience in warehousing, logistics and agriculture suppliers. Paul looks after procurements in chemicals, fertiliser and seed. As well as running the operations team for deliveries. Paul holds a Masters of Arts.
General Manager
Andrew joined Advanced Ag in 2023. He completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Agriculture) in 1999 from the University of Melbourne Dookie Campus. Previously he was General Manager Australia for AC Foods a USA based agriculture Investment fund focused on citrus. Prior to that he has had an extensive career in Agricultural banking throughout Eastern Australia
Cameron Pogue grew up in the local area, attended Glenormiston Agricultural College and completed an Associate Degree in Applied Science and Farm Management. He enjoys fishing. Cameron was the managing director of Advanced Ag for nearly 2 decades until his retirement in 2023. Whilst no longer involved in day to day running he is still the chairman of the Board of Advanced Ag.
AGRONOMIST
Stephen grew up on a mixed cropping and sheep farming enterprise at Yabba North. Stephen graduated in 2017, receiving a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from La Trobe University, Bundoora. He previously worked as a Research Agronomist. He started with Advanced Ag in 2019 as an agronomist. His spare time is taken up with football, tennis, shooting, helping on the family farm and family life.
